REVit Enterprises Inc. (REVit) dba VeloRUSH (VELO) are committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to our WEBsites at (WEBsites). Please read the following privacy policy (Policy) to understand how we use and protect the information that you provide to us. Please be aware that this Policy only governs our use of your data on this WEBsite; it does not extend to the use of data submitted to, or through, any third party websites to which we may provide links.

By registering, entering a competition, voting in a poll, or placing an order on this site for any goods or services ( including merchandise and tickets ), you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this Policy.


When you visit the WEBsites, enter a competition, vote in a poll, register for any VELO forum or their respective newsletters, or order merchandise, services or tickets on this WEBsite, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, gender, preferences and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of the WEBsite as well as information about you from messages you post to any forum or message board and e-mails, letters and other communications you send to us.


Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our WEBsite and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We will also use, and analyze, the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop VELO and the goods and services we provide to you. If you register with the VELO Fan Club your information will be used to help us contact you in connection with the VELOFan Club.


The information you provide to us will be held on our computers and may be accessed by, or given to, our staff working outside the USA and third parties including companies within the VELO Group ( some of whom are located outside the USA ) who act for us for the purposes set out in this Policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfill and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf. We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our WEBsite to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you. Please note that if you submit your data to us, you will be giving your consent to the transfer of the data outside the USA. Where you have consented by “opting in” when providing us with your details, we may also allow carefully selected third parties, including, in particular, our commercial partners and sponsors and other companies in our group, to contact you occasionally about products and services which may be of interest to you.
